Santorini Greek Street Food brings the vibrant flavors of the Aegean to campus, fast, bold, and built for the way students eat today. Created by Fabio Viviani Hospitality in collaboration with Elior North America, this QSR concept captures the essence of Greek street food: fresh off the grill, wrapped in warm pita, and bursting with bold, craveable flavor.
Inspired by the bustling food markets of Athens and the laid-back beachside grills of the Greek islands, Santorini delivers handheld comfort with a Mediterranean soul. This is food that’s hot, fast, and packed with personality made to move and easy to love.
The menu centers on build-your-own pita wraps, bowls, and street-style plates, filled with Greek-style proteins like grilled chicken souvlaki, seared beef-lamb gyro, crispy falafel, and lemon-herb roasted vegetables. Toppings include tangy pickled onions, cucumbers, tomato, feta, olives, and punchy sauces like tzatziki, garlic yogurt, harissa, and spicy feta whip. Everything is customizable, colorful, and designed for speed.
Add a side of Greek fries, spanakopita bites, or dolmas, and finish with something sweet like baklava or cinnamon-sugar pita chips. The portions are generous, the food is energizing, and the vibe is always buzzing.
